Gene expression profile is not available for EST data in P. equestris, D. nobile, E. pusilla, O. gower ramsey and non-orchid species (Arabidopsis and rice).

How to search

  1. Enter the sequence IDs separated by commas; limit to 100 IDs.(eg: PATC181694, PBTC026271, AUTC011868, GETC001388, NZTC025920, PMTC018218, CSTC021968, CFTC007390, PSTC011794, PLTC009245)
  2. Choose one Measurement.
  3. Click Search.
